I've spent 16 years in the SaaS world, making complex technology more approachable for customers and teams alike. Whether it's troubleshooting, training, or strategizing, I love finding the best solutions.
Outside of work, I'm probably deep into a game with my husband, buried in a good book, or trying (and failing) to keep my cats from walking across my keyboard.
Training & Onboarding
Good training doesn't just hand people information. It builds the kind of understanding that sticks when something goes wrong at 4 p.m. on a Friday. I've developed and delivered training programs for SaaS platforms, internal support teams, and clients navigating tools they've never touched before.
On the deliverability side, I've built structured certification coursework covering authentication protocols, sender reputation, list hygiene, and inbox placement. For platform onboarding, I specialize in getting people up to speed quickly without skipping the parts that matter, including CRM workflows, DNS configuration, and reporting fundamentals.
